Smelly feet is an embarrassing problem and while a bad foot odour is difficult to avoid, it does not affect everyone. Understanding why some people have smelly feet yet others don’t is the first step to treating and preventing the problem. Foot odour is usually a result of sweat (perspiration) but other factors complicate the situation and contribute to a foul odour.

Gas production in the gastrointestinal tract is a normal process related to digestion of food. If it is excessive, it can be an embarrassing problem when it causes frequent and uncontrollable belching (burping) and flatulence. A gas build up in the bowels may cause visible abdominal bloating and trigger intestinal cramps which can be painful.
Some causes of increased gas in the bowels may be due to dietary or lifestyle factors while at other times it may be related to medical conditions, particularly those that affect the gastrointestinal tract.

Vaginal bleeding during pregnancy may occur, particularly in the first trimester, and should always be taken seriously. At times, the bleeding is not due to a serious cause and no intervention may be necessary. However some of the causes of vaginal bleeding during pregnancy can indicate an underlying problem and there may be a risk to you or your unborn child.
A few days after conception, you will notice a little spotting or a light bleed. This is known as the implantation bleed and is normal. However if the bleeding is profuse, persisting or accompanied by significant abdominal pain, then you should consult with your doctor immediately. Women who have missed a period, have the signs and symptoms of pregnancy but have not as yet confirmed it with a test should still be cautious about a vaginal bleed as it could be a miscarriage. Do not assume that the vaginal bleeding is your delayed period.

Missing a period is not as unusual as you may think and slight changes in your life can upset your cycle. In most cases, if you have missed a period and you are sexually active, you should immediately have a pregnancy test. However if the results are negative and you are still concerned about the absent menses, there may be other points to consider.
Headaches are a common ailment experienced by most of us at some point in our life. For a few, headaches are a daily occurrence and can be so severe that it affects daily functioning. Most headaches are tension headaches and should not be confused with migraines.
A headache may arise at any time, for no known reason or there may be known trigger factors. The pain may be sudden or start gradually, intensifying over time, and can last for hours, days or weeks or disappear suddenly.
