You will need to see a doctor and have a test done to confirm this. Even if it is swine flu, it should not be a cause for concern and if you are healthy, you will overcome it. It is believed that most 2010 'seasonal flu' cases in big cities like New York will be due to the swine flu. So the same may apply for South Africa.
